He really likes her and she comes to his school for a session every fortnight. She is highly experienced and qualified, she tailors everything to suit our sons needs. She is very friendly and approachable and really listens to you. Our son has Down Syndrome and even though to start this was not a specialist area for Anna she has dedicated so much time to researching up-to-date info for speech therapist working with people with Downs Syndrome - she has signed up for training and all sorts, she loves learning new specialist areas and is really into getting things just right for our son. We honestly couldn't ask for better and were lucky to find her. In the initial assessment (over an hour) she held his attention the whole time and he didn't want to leave his seat once!”

“Anna came to our house for E’s initial assessment and report. E loved her, she had made a real effort tailoring the session to cater for E’s needs and enjoyment, including what toys and items she bought. You could see she had really listened to everything I had said. They got on really well and I kind of left them to it and sat in the other room so they could get to know each other. I could hear it all and Anna was so genuine, her laughter was real, she didn’t talk to him like he couldn’t hear, she really listened to him and didn’t sound patronising. She was fantastic at reading him and quickly changing what she was doing to keep his focus. I couldn’t have been happier.
